- 01
add spookat next to it
Paste one line before </body>, or tell your agent “add spookat chat to my site”. Do it on a staging page first if two chat bubbles at once bother you.
- 02
pick where you answer
Connect Slack or Discord, or use our inbox and its phone app. Send a test chat and answer it.
- 03
bring your words over
Copy your greeting and your saved questions into the look page. Pick one of 8 styles and your color.
- 04
export what you need

- 05
remove Tidio
Tidio is a JavaScript snippet above </body>, its WordPress plugin or a Shopify app embed. Delete the snippet, deactivate the plugin or switch the app embed off. source
- 06
cancel their plan
Check the renewal date first. Then you're paying for one chat, per site, with the whole team in it.
