chat rage.
Spookat exists because we ran the big chat widgets on a real product with real customers, and every one of them annoyed us in a new way. So we built the one we wanted. It's damn good. Here's why it exists.

LiveChat. Tawk.to. Crisp. Intercom. On a live site, with people actually writing in.

The chat script loaded on every page, for every visitor, whether anyone wanted to talk or not. Lighthouse noticed. So did we.

Messages sat for hours in a panel nobody had open, while the whole team was in Slack all day, one tab away.

who's behind it.
A tiny team that ships side projects and got tired of apologising to users for slow replies. We're vibe coders too. Our first version worked great on localhost. The difference: we kept going until it worked everywhere else.
No investors to please, no helpdesk to upsell, no bot of our own to sell you. Just the chat widget we wish we'd had, priced so a weekend project can afford it.
