   Paste one line before </body>, or tell your agent “add spookat chat to my site”. Do it on a staging page first if two chat bubbles at once bother you.

   pick where you answer

   Connect Slack or Discord, or use our inbox and its phone app. Send a test chat and answer it.

3. 03

   bring your words over

   Copy your greeting and your saved questions into the look page. Pick one of 8 styles and your color.

4. 04

   export what you need

   A conversation exports as PDF on every plan. XML export of your history, email forwarding and the API need Expert (as an add-on) or Ultimate. Spookat doesn't import old chats: keep the export as your archive. source

   remove Smartsupp

   Smartsupp is a chat code pasted before </head>, or its WordPress plugin. Delete the code or deactivate the plugin. source

   cancel their plan

   Check the renewal date first. Then you're paying for one chat, per site, with the whole team in it.
