   Connect Slack or Discord, or use our inbox and its phone app. Send a test chat and answer it.

   bring your words over

   Copy your greeting and your saved questions into the look page. Pick one of 8 styles and your color.

   export what you need

   Their Marketplace lists a third-party app, Chats Exporter, for JSON or CSV, at $7 per agent a month. Spookat doesn't import old chats: keep the export as your archive. source

   remove LiveChat

   LiveChat is a tracking code pasted before </body>, or a plugin that adds it for you. Delete the code or uninstall the plugin. source

   cancel their plan

   Check the renewal date first. Then you're paying for one chat, per site, with the whole team in it.
