Their docs point to the API for bulk export of conversations and contacts. Spookat doesn't import old chats: keep the export as your archive. source

Chatwoot is a script tag with your website token, or its WordPress plugin. Delete the script or deactivate the plugin. source

Check the renewal date first. Then you're paying for one chat, per site, with the whole team in it.
