Paste one line before </body>, or tell your agent “add spookat chat to my site”. Do it on a staging page first if two chat bubbles at once bother you.

pick where you answer
Connect Slack or Discord, or use our inbox and its phone app. Send a test chat and answer it.

bring your words over
Copy your greeting and your saved questions into the look page. Pick one of 8 styles and your color.

export what you need
Admins export chats from the inbox: up to 50 at a time, as JSON files in a ZIP that arrives by an emailed link. For more, there is a REST API. Spookat doesn't import old chats: keep the export as your archive. source

Tawk.to is a JavaScript snippet in your page HTML, or its WordPress plugin. Delete the snippet or deactivate the plugin. source

Check the renewal date first. Then you're paying for one chat, per site, with the whole team in it.
