add the app
from the wix app market, to the site you want the chat on.

open spookat, sign in
it's in your site's dashboard menu. it sends a sign-in link to your email, in a new tab (new here? that's your account).

publish the site
wix adds the chat by itself. publish once if it doesn't show up. then answer in the dashboard page, Slack or Discord.
how you know it worked
open your site: the launcher sits in the corner. write a message in it, then answer from the inbox. that's the whole loop, and exactly what real visitors will see.
