agency costs $49.99 a site a month. Today, on launch day, after early access ends, next year. No deadline, no “buy before Friday”.
what we had planned
The pricing page used to say agency’s early price ends at launch, October 31, and then it’s $100. A countdown, basically. The only one we had.
We looked at it again and didn’t like it. Doubling the top plan on launch day punishes exactly the people who find us on launch day. And “$100 a site” made the plan read like an enterprise tier, which it isn’t: it’s one site with a few extras.
So it stays. Nobody who already bought it gets anything taken away, and nobody who buys it later pays more.

Per site, per month, in the currency this page quotes:

starter and pro still go up on December 1. Subscribe before the end of November 30 (UTC) and the early price stays yours for as long as that subscription runs, on every plan you switch to. The details get their own post before then.
what the plan is for
agency is $49.99 a site, next to pro at $14.99 during early access. The difference buys:
- everything in pro, plus 365 days of history instead of 90
- the chat loading from your own domain instead of cdn.spookat.com
- chats routed to different channels, Slack or Discord, by the widget’s language, the page or the visitor’s country
- your own CSS on the widget
- email support that we answer first
If you run one important site with a team spread across languages or channels, that list is for you. If you don’t recognise yourself in it, pro is the better deal and we’ll happily tell you so. Running sites for clients? That’s /partners, not this plan.
