The chat sets no cookies and does not follow you across pages or other websites. After your first message, your browser keeps one small chat token so the conversation survives a reload.
Your IP address is never stored
It is used only in memory, to deliver messages and stop abuse. It is never written to a database, a log or an error report.

Deleted automatically.
The conversation is kept for 30, 90 or 365 days, depending on the website's plan, and then deleted.

The website you chatted with is responsible for your conversation, so ask them first, right in this chat or by their usual contact. If you write to us instead, we pass your request on to them.
Spookat provides the chat. We process messages on behalf of the website you were on, under a data processing agreement, and we don't use them for anything else.
